Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Taylor Marie Photography LLC, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Provision of Services
Taylor Marie Photography LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Services will be performed with professional skill and care. Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in client feedback/approval.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated. All advertising spend (e.g., for Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is the sole responsibility of the client and is paid directly to the respective advertising platform.
4. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide Taylor Marie Photography LLC with timely access to all necessary materials, data, and personnel required to perform the services. The client is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and intellectual property rights of all content, materials, and information provided.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including campaign strategies, performance data, proprietary processes, and business operations, strictly confidential. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the service agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Taylor Marie Photography LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
